How to Request Technology Support

We are available to support you online and in person. Sparta's IT Support Team, in conjunction with the Help Desk and Education Technology Consultants, can provide instructional technology support for our Staff and Student.

What information to include in my request

  • Subject: Try your best to provide a specific highlight of the type of problem you need help with

  • Body:

    • Student's name

    • Student's building (and homeroom teacher for K-5)

    • Specific details about the problem (screenshots when possible)

    • Best phone number

It's helpful to include your cell phone number in your ticket in case we need to call you. Please understand, while most problems can be solved remotely, there are some technical issues that require a face-to-face meeting.
