With this online system, we are able to more-efficiently track & support your request, while making sure all necessary parties are aware of your needs.
We are available to you through email, web conferencing, and in person. Sparta's IT Support Team, in conjunction with the Help Desk and Education Technology Consultants, can provide instructional technology training, resources, and support for staff.

It's also helpful to include your extension or cell phone number in your ticket in case we need to call you. Please understand, while most problems can be solved remotely, there are some technical issues that require a face-to-face meeting.
