Ethical Hacking and the Fight Against Child Exploitation

I wrote this research paper for the Capstone of my Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies Degree as a way to shed light on the reality of the digital war that takes place without people even realizing it. Cybersecurity is the answer to ending online child exploitation, more specifically, ethical hacking. Leveraging alternative methods of investigating potential threats can lead to a lessened amount of predators on the streets and give a more accurate glimpse into the networking of other criminals involved in similar crimes. Overall, increasing the safety of children and reducing the vectors that pose as a threat to children on the web.
