This was the final build of the PC I put together for myself, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. It’s a solid mix of performance and storage without going too over the top. Here’s what I went with:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti
RAM: 32GB DDR5-6000
Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD for the OS and important files, plus a 2TB HDD for extra storage
Motherboard: MSI B650 Tomahawk WiFi
Power Supply: 750W 80+ Gold (fully modular)
Cooling: Noctua NH-U12S air cooler
It runs super smooth, handles gaming and work really well, and has plenty of room for upgrades down the line. I was very happy with how everything came together.
This was my first time building a PC, and it gave me valuable hands-on experience with different hardware components and the process of designing a system tailored to someone’s specific needs. Prior to this, I had never booted from a USB drive, so this experience provided unique insight into how much I’ve learned throughout my life working with computers.
