Hello, Shady Grove STARS! I am thrilled to be joining you this year as your Theatre teacher!  I consider myself to be a "Keller Kid," as I have grown up, attended and graduated from schools here in Keller since kindergarten. I have taught in both secondary and elementary schools, and this year marks my 19th year of teaching Theatre! This year, I will be teaching at Shady Grove Elementary (fall semester) and Eagle Ridge Elementary (spring semester).

It is my mission to provide a safe and accepting environment where children can develop self-confidence and self-esteem while expressing their creativity, imagination, and appreciation for theatre through meaningful engaging activities. I love that theatre brings so much enjoyment to children! This will occur with structure, careful organization, and encouragement from me throughout the year.

During my spare time, I enjoy reading, attending musicals, going to Texas Rangers games, and spending time with friends and family. My wonderful husband, Mike, and I have two beautiful children; Jameson (4th grader at ERES) and Marissa (2nd grader at ERES). We also have a fun Irish Setter/Goldendoodle named Darby, a chill FB2 Goldendoodle named Noodles, and a house cat named Panther!
