The campus will use the Restock Form to request student devices and components when needed or when the "in stock" devices falls below 2%. The cost of components and additional devices will be deducted from the yearly campus technology allotment budget.

Submit a ticket on behalf of the student selecting the device type (chromebooks/ ipads) and note in the ticket that the device has been lost or stolen.

**Currently, there is not an option in the dropdown for "lost or stolen," but Technology is working to add one.**

For the 2021-2022 school year, KISD Technology will be handling the repairs and replacements of the District issued Chromebooks and iPads just like last year. That being said, any repair or replacement funds collected from a parent or student should be deposited into the District Technology account 4612-11-HD-999-11-949 624400.

Parents/students may pay this cost on the Keller ISD Web Store or they may pay in person by cash or check. If you need a button set up on InTouch to receipt a cash/check payment (and do not already have one), please let me know and I can set it up for you.

To make their payment on the KISD Web Store, the URL is: www.kellerisd.net/store. Once logged in, the item is found under District Office. Under who are you shopping for, after clicking on their student's name, they may type the word technology in the search bar and then click on search. It will take them straight to the item called Technology Repair/Replacement Costs. They will enter the amount they need to pay and click on buy, then follow the prompts to complete their checkout.
