 Welcome Back to School!

Reminders: 

• All kindergarten and new students to Simonds are required to submit a copy of a physical exam (dated within 1 year) and immunizations prior to the start of school. If you have not submitted this paperwork yet, please do so as soon as possible 

• If your child takes a daily medication, it needs to be dropped off in an original container with an order/letter from a physician. 

• Please inform me if your child has a health condition that may affect them at school.
