About Me

My name is Lisa L. Olney.  This is my second year teaching at Kearsarge High School.

I have an associate's degree in English from Cochise College, a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Arizona, and a Master's in English Education from Plymouth State University. I began my teaching career as an adjunct instructor at Plymouth State University, where I taught for four years. While it was an incredible experience, I left to pursue a full-time career in writing.

After several years of writing in healthcare communications, I missed the fulfillment of teaching and decided to return. I have the heart of a writer, but the spirit of a teacher.
