Hi Parents and Guardians!

My name is Darcie Rivard and I am a parent and volunteer Box Tops and Labels for Education Coordinator at KRES/NL. I wanted to remind everyone about the great and easy opportunities we have to make extra money for our school. This money can be used for anything from supplies to field trips, extra activities to equipment, whatever is needed.

We currently have the following programs which are quick, easy and fun!

Box Tops For Education: The Box Tops program is all about the difference 1 can make. It’s easy! Clip the Box Top coupon from any of the hundreds of products and drop it off in the Box Top collection box located near the main office at school.

You may have some of these products already in your pantry! Visit boxtops4education.com for a full list of products.

There is another option this year. If children return a sheet they get at school with 10 Box Tops to the PTO Popcorn-Friday person during Friday’s lunch by, they will receive a FREE POPCORN. Children can also drop the sheet off in the collection box near the main office. I know we’re all busy and our time is important but remember: 1 Box Top = $.10

So, keep them coming!

eBox Tops:

If you’re like me, you find online shopping fast and easy. Now, we can earn money for our school while we do it. All you have to do is visit www.btfe.com/earn/marketplace/ (Stands for: Box Tops for Education) and clickon “Shop & Earn”. Next join the free program and when you shop from the over 100 retailers participating in the program the school earns money. Some stores include: Old Navy, Walmart, Sears, Target, Land’s End, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy and lots more! That’s it! Labels for Education: Through this program we can collect UPCs and beverage caps from participating products to earn points that we can redeem for FREE educational merchandise. Simply save the UPSs and/or caps and drop them off in the marked box near the school’s main office. Product with one of these logos can be redeemed:

Label for Education products include: Campbell’s, Select Harvest, Chunky, Prego, Goldfish, V8, Bic, EmeraldNuts, Dannon & lots more! (Over 100 products!) For a full list of products visit: www.labelsforeducation.com.

Remember, it can be anyone using these programs, so ask Aunties, Uncles, Grammy, Grampy, a neighbor, a friend, a co-worker or whoever to help.
