Log in using your KeanWISE login credentials
Timeline: Displays any and all event interactions with the student
Profile: Displays student profile information, including contact information
Materials: Displays any and all supplemental items or documents received for the student
Person Additional Data: Other student information that was provided on his/her application
Legacy Profile Data: Dates, information, etc. for the student’s most recent application on file
How to Get Started
Log in to SLATE
Select “Events” Icon
Select “Events” Line item
Navigate to Folders to quickly find the event
Select the event you are going to be checking in
Click “Launch Check In”
Checking in a Registered Guest
Scroll the page (alphabetically by last name)
Search registrants box
*Pro Tip: look at the number of guests listed. If the number differs from the number of guests they are arriving with, click the number and adjust it. This will help us gather data to better plan locations and food orders with having a better historic guest count*
Checking in a Walk In
Click New Registration
Begin to type their name in the "Registrant Name or Email Address" Box
If they already exist in Slate: their name will appear with a date of birth. Confirm the date of birth and select
Once you select, the form will auto-populate with the current information we have about that account. Review and fill out any additional fields needed to complete registration.
If they don't exist in Slate: their name will not appear. Enter information on the form manually to complete the registration
How to Conclude
Once you are complete with checking in the event, scroll down to the bottom of the Check-In screen and select “Conclude Event”
This marks anyone who did not attend the event as a “No Show” and the proper post-event email will be sent to them
