Set up check-in table with print & promo materials
Ensure food is set up and K127 is set up correctly (5 rows, 10 chairs each row, aisle in center)
Log into the computer and load KIST Pre-Show (NEW KIST_PreShow_Fall2024_updated 10/14/24) and KIST Slideshow (KIST_InPerson_Updated 10/11/24)

Log into the Kahoot and have the gift ready at the podium

Start Pre-Show Presentation
-Slideshow > 3 Dots > Auto-Play > Every 2 Seconds > Loop > Play
Put the tour sign outside K127 doors
Tour Guides
Arrive promptly and wait in the back of the room until the presentation concludes
Maintain 15 guests:1 ambassador ratio
Plan different routes to ensure swift exit and minimal overlap
Check-In
Expect guests to arrive as early as a 45 minutes before the session
If there are any walk-ins, please get the following: name, email, birthday, and phone number
As presentations start to wrap up, call Cougar Hall Community Center to remind them of the tour as well as how many groups to expect - Cougar Hall Community Center (908) 737-0284
Breakdown
Clean up check-in area (place materials in the bin under the table)
Replace any needed materials
Put away outdoor signage (can stay if another session is the following day)
Return food to the back of the Office of Admissions if leftovers

Actively meet & greet with guests, inquire about their interests
Usher guests to food & drink, and provide directions to the restroom
Speak alongside the counselor during the presentation (Getting Involved, Living On Campus, Campus Dining)
