LEHS Beta Club Hours Verification Record
If a club member if suspected of not completing all hours as listed, they may be required to submit proof of service to the Beta Club cabinet. Proof of Service consists of an explanation of the service on the date it was completed and an artifact - a person to contact, witness, or photograph. The record is to be reviewed by the Beta Club cabinet - they will determine if the hours in question will count toward the club members total 30.
