Psychotherapy is the process of working with a mental health provider to address mental health concerns and improve coping and life skills. This process can help a person take control of life challenges and move forward. There are a variety of psychotherapy approaches, so it is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We will work together to determine what works best for you.
I specialize in working with complex trauma (prolonged and significant interpersonal trauma) and PTSD, dealing with grief and loss, and working on relationship issues including couples therapy. Additionally, I am trained as a generalist who can address a wide variety of mental health and life concerns.
