This email is to be used when you INITIALLY have a PI case for us to work on. This email is unread, but starts the automated process so we know you have a new PI case. Nothing should go in the body of the email as it does go unread. An auto reply email will be sent to you stating the same. All adjuster and attorney info should be listed in the case.
This email is used for any communication to staff about log ins, specific accounts, and other questions related to CHD. Each email should be its own, please dont reply to an old email with a different patient or different issue. We keep these emails and the thread / conversation should be the subject line. If it is anything outside those topics, please email jennifer@kaysome.com
