Become a Choir Patron

The WoodCreek Choir program is asking for your help in bringing music to life. We are a growing organization with exciting goals for the future, and we need your help to raise funds for the additional costs of a truly successful program. Travel to competitions, uniforms (dresses, vests, bow ties – not provided by Katy ISD), awards, accompanists, clinicians, and piano tuning are just some of our annual expenditures. 

Whether your student is an accomplished vocalist or exploring choral performance for the first time, these important components, not fully covered by the school district, will allow all participants to have the best possible experience. 

There are so many ways for you to help and we encourage you to become involved in any way you can! Your time in volunteer positions is invaluable. Another way to help is to become a sponsor. Various supporter levels range from $25 to $1000 or more. If your business or employer would like to support the WCJH Choir program, we would enjoy speaking with you! Choir sponsor levels offer promotional benefits in our concert programs which will reach many families in the Katy/West Houston area. Please contact us with prospective supporters and we will make sure they get the information. Thank you in advance for your generous donation.

Our goal is to raise $3000 for this year.  We calculate that if each child raises around $30, we would easily surpass our goal.  We realize that some families can offer to donate more and others less.  You can ask neighbors and relatives to contribute a few dollars to the cause.  There is, truly,  no amount too big or small.  We will accept your pledges thankfully in an effort to make the choir experience the best one it can be for our students.

All patrons will have names listed in the choir programs, and patrons at the Gold level and higher will also receive advertising space in our Concert Program..  We would love for your ad to appear in our program.  We welcome both business based ads with coupons and personal ads to congratulate your choir student.

Choir PATRON opportunities:

• Platinum Level: $500+

• Diamond Level:  $250-$499

• Gold Level:  $150-$249

• Silver Level: $100-$149

• Copper Level: $50-$99

• Patron Level: $1-$49
