It is our mission at the Taylor High School library to empower all students to be critical thinkers, avid readers, skillful researchers, and ethical users and creators of information.

While supporting the school's curriculum and vision, the library and its staff is here to provide a culturally diverse student body with quality resources and reading materials that meet and anticipate their academic and personal needs.

The library strives to be a center of collaborative learning that fosters competence, creativity, transliteracy, an appreciation of literature, and a respect for others and self. The library strives to be a safe space where all can explore, question, and discuss essential questions for a deeper understanding of human knowledge.
