For students heading to The University of Texas at Austin or  Texas A&M University for  Fall 2026. Our freshmen communities — The Callaway House Austin, The Castilian, and The Callaway House College Station — are more than just a place to live. They’re designed for success, connection, and comfort.

Group Discounts

Perfect for friends, classmates, or organizations leasing together – discounts apply to each student in the group!

· Groups of 20+ students: Save $100/month

· Groups of 10+ students: Save $50/month

· Group Rates Interest Form

$1,500 Scholarship

Students can enter for a chance to earn extra funds for housing or college expenses via a simple online entry form.

· One student attending UT Austin or Texas A&M will win
