Without getting too much into specifics, talk with your team and decide what will be important to you if you are here for an extended period of time.
What kind of things are important to have/make/gather?
What are your short-term and long-term goals?
What are you picturing things look like?
Who is going to do different tasks?
Are you open and inviting to strangers or focused on privacy and security?
What is the weather like? What grows and lives around you?
Once you can answer most of these questions, Mr. Ashman will open up stage 2.
