I work at the intersection of neurodivergence, identity, and confidence, supporting women, students, and young people in understanding themselves deeply and moving forward in their education and working lives.
Who I work with
01
Neurodivergent adults in the workplace - Access to Work funded
02
University students with DSA - NMH mentoring & study skills
03
Distance learning students aged 17–25 with EHCPs
04
Women navigating late autism diagnosis at any life stage
05
Women experiencing the ND–menopause intersection
06
Young people in FE who need a relational, SEND-informed mentor
Workplace
Supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with late or missed diagnoses, to understand their profile, build sustainable strategies, and advocate for themselves at work. Specialist knowledge of how autism and ADHD present in women, and how menopause can amplify existing ND challenges in the workplace.
Higher education
DSA-funded study skills and mentoring support for neurodivergent university students. Particular expertise in autistic women and girls navigating the academic environment, including imposter syndrome, sensory overwhelm, and the collapse of compensatory strategies that often surface at university.
SEND & Distance Learning
One-to-one mentoring for students aged 17–25 with Education, Health and Care Plans studying GCSE and A level by distance learning — many of whom have experienced educational trauma, school refusal, or have been failed by mainstream provision. All sessions are traceable to Section E outcomes and Section F provision, with full annual review evidence support.
The overlap between late-diagnosed autistic women and perimenopause is one of the most underserved areas in coaching and mental health, a group whose difficulties are consistently attributed to stress, anxiety or mood, rather than recognised as the intersection of two neurobiological realities. I understand both, and I work with both.
