I'm an academic and executive function coach specialising in neurodiversity, wellbeing, and post-16 education. I help young people build the skills, confidence, and mindset they need to succeed in their studies and beyond.
With a background in psychology, education, and SEN support, I bring a deep understanding of how learning, motivation, and emotional wellbeing connect. I’ve worked with a wide range of students, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other learning differences, supporting them to manage study demands, reduce overwhelm, and develop personalised systems that actually work for them.
My coaching blends psychology-informed strategies with practical academic support. Every session is tailored to the student’s needs and goals, whether that’s improving focus, planning revision, managing deadlines, or rebuilding confidence after setbacks. I believe that effective learning starts with self-awareness, understanding how your brain works, what helps you stay regulated, and how to structure your study time around your strengths.
I often work with students who are:
Studying A Levels or equivalent qualifications (including online or distance learners)
Managing anxiety, ADHD, or autism-related challenges that affect learning
Struggling with motivation, organisation, or time management
Preparing for university or transitioning to independent study
Together, we create a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore challenges, build strategies, and celebrate progress, no matter how small.
I’m a qualified secondary English teacher, SENCO, executive function and academic coach, with a Master’s degree in Psychology focusing on ADHD and autism. I have also trained to deliver non-medical support to university students. My experience spans mainstream and alternative education, one-to-one mentoring, and pastoral support roles. This means I understand both the academic expectations of A Level study and the individual differences that influence how students learn best.
As a neurodivergent lifelong learner, I know how traditional study approaches don’t always fit every learner. My goal is to help students discover their own ways of working, building not just academic success, but the self-trust and independence that make long-term learning sustainable.
