Cynthia Lott - Lead Instructor

Cynthia began her real estate career in 1996 and obtained her Broker’s license in 2000. Cynthia has a Master of Science degree in Human Relations and Business and is continually expanding her love of learning by attending classes and earning designations. For the past 20-plus years, Cindy has taught qualifying classes to thousands of future REALTORS® emphasizing the importance of being well-trained and the value of always having the highest standards of integrity and ethics. Students leave her classes knowing that “knowledge is power!”
Cynthia is also responsible for keeping licensed agents up to date on the ever-changing world of real estate through teaching SAE and CE classes. She also specializes in exam prep for the sales agent and broker’s license exam. Cynthia also holds the following designations - C2EX.CREI.GRI.ABR.CHMS.green.

Connie Vallone entered the real estate industry through the mortgage industry while attending the University of Houston Downtown. After 23 years in mortgage Connie Vallone obtained her real estate license in 2007. She became a real estate broker in 2010. She earned her BS in Business Information Systems but chose to stay in the real estate industry serving clients in one of the most important purchases of their lives.
Connie loves to help and mentor agents, so she became an approved TREC instructor in 2019. Because her background also includes several years in the mortgage industry, she understands all parts of a real estate transaction from contract to closing.
Fred Hensley

Fred Hensley has a diverse background that includes real estate sales, real estate and corporate training, and aviation. This experience allows him to provide a unique insight unmatched by most professionals.
His real estate experience is focused primarily on the residential realm where his clients have included first-time buyers, experienced investors, and discerning luxury buyers. He has also completed commercial transactions both in sales and leasing. Fred’s favorite clients are the first-timers, as they are eager to learn and bring great enthusiasm. All his work has been in the DFW market, where he has lived for 30 years.
In corporate training, Fred provided seminars and workshops in leadership and sales, and many of his courses were approved for CE credit in the HR industry. His aviation experience spans across both maintenance and manufacturing and provides technical knowledge that is difficult to duplicate. He negotiated countless high-value contracts and learned the importance of attention to detail, which he imparts to students in all his classes.
Fred strives to make his classes interactive and encourages students to get involved. He strongly believes that lively discussions and sharing of knowledge not only keep the classes interesting but also increase the learning experience for all.
Amber Sanders

Amber started her real estate career in 2004. She has served as an administrative assistant and worked on an executive leadership team as the Technology Officer and as well as a risk management team.
Amber has practiced real estate in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. She is a firm believer in education and personal growth. She believes you never fully arrive, there is always room to grow and learn!
Amber graduated from South Plains College, the University of Oklahoma, and Wayland Baptist University. Amber has completed industry-specific and grassroots leadership programs.
In Amber's spare time, she likes to spend time with her dog, her family, and her church family, serving her community.
Jasmine Hunter
Jasmine is currently a Broker Associate and has worked full-time in real estate for 5+ years. She has 5+ years in new home construction as a Project Manager. Jasmine holds the SRS and ABR designations and has helped client after client either find, sell, or build their home.
Jasmine has been a part of the top 5% in sales more than once in her career and sharing that experience and knowledge with others is one of her many passions.
Teaching holds a special place in Jasmine's heart. She taught K-12 education for 7 years while entering into the real estate field. Jasmine wants to lead and build with others lasting relationships in the real estate field.
Cherika Johnson is from Longview, Texas. She obtained her Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University and a Master of Science Degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 2007 and in 2016 she obtained her broker’s license.
Cherika is a firm believer in giving back through service. She enjoys volunteering, mentoring others, and giving back to her community. She has received numerous awards and honors for her volunteer efforts within her community.
She has also served on several Realtor boards and committees. Cherika also believes in the power of education and has received several Realtor designations as a way of expanding her knowledge of the real estate profession while giving value to that knowledge to the people she serves.
Cherika and her husband Roderick have been married for 23 years and have 3 boys. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out and making fun memories with her family.
