Roll, Read, Rhyme, A Word-Building Adventure!
Laughter and learning filled the air as our budding readers rolled letter dice and formed exciting three-letter CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words! From creating words like cat, bat, and hat to discovering their rhyming families, children explored the magic of phonics through play. This hands-on activity boosted their sound recognition, blending skills, and vocabulary while reinforcing the joy of reading. With each roll of the dice, they grew more confident in building words and identifying rhymes—turning literacy into a thrilling game of discovery!

Guess, Think, Check – Estimation in Action!
With curious minds and eager hands, our young learners entered the exciting world of estimation! Through engaging activities like guessing the number of blocks in a jar or estimating how many steps it takes to reach the door, children sharpened their ability to make thoughtful guesses and compare them with actual results. This fun-filled exploration not only strengthened their number sense but also helped build logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. The joy of discovering how close—or far—their estimations were made learning truly memorable and meaningful!
My Home, My Map Navigating Our Indoor World!
With sketch in hand and imagination in full swing, our little explorers took a creative journey through their own homes by drawing indoor maps! This delightful activity helped children develop spatial awareness, directional vocabulary, and a deeper understanding of their surroundings. As they identified rooms, pathways, and special corners of their homes, they also learned to organise and represent information visually. The experience sparked conversations about personal space, navigation, and the uniqueness of each home, making learning both personal and powerful!

They traced different types of patterns—like zigzags, waves, and lines—and then brought them to life by pasting glittery shapes to form their own sparkling pattern designs. It was a fun way to develop early math skills, creativity, and fine motor coordination—all while adding a touch of shine to their learning.
