Science teaches us that our brains receive around 11 million pieces of information every second from our environment, it can process only about forty bits per second, which means it has to choose what tiny percentage of this input to process and attend to, and what much greater chunk to dismiss or ignore. What one is thinking every moment of every day becomes reality in your brain and body. Simply put, we will never ultimately be successful with that diet, workout program, better mom, dad, boss or anything else until we first choose to get our Mind right and treat it with more attention than our bench press or waistline receives.
