During your initial assessment we will look at your DNA to evaluate how the way you train affects your overall performance. Your genes can help determine the best approach toward strength and cardiovascular training, potential injury risk, whether, naturally, your more likely to excel in power or endurance activities, how well your body might deal with inflammation, if cardio or strength training might result in greater fat loss, and so much more.
Movement screens, provided by our Physical Therapists or via our Kinetisense
Advanced Motion Technology, might be recommended prior to increased activity or training to evaluate past, present or potential injuries. All screens are complimented with specific corrective exercises to be implemented in the overall Exercise Prescription.
Whether an athlete working with our Athletic Performance Specialists or a mom, dad, grandparent working with our Professional Trainers, taking your performance to the next level is our specialty.
