Movement- Represents addressing past, present, and future potential injuries and/or muscle imbalances, Exercise Prescription; such as frequency of workouts, type of exercise, intensity and duration of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, and/or overall daily activities.
Nutrition- Represents overall food intake in calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats, nutrient deficiencies, digestive conditions, metabolic disorders, supplement recommendations, and more.
Mindset- Represents how you see yourself and the world around you, positive/negative self-talk, stress tolerance, goal setting, attitude toward success, habits and behavioral change, etc. Although some programs include a separate and specific curriculum of Mindset/Brain Training techniques, all SNIP-FIT-TEAM interactions with clients include this basic level of Positive Psychology.
