2025-2026 Excellence Registration Forms can be turned in at the Central office during the summer. The registration fee is $15 and daily tuition is $5.
Welcome to Coffee County School’s Excellence Program. The primary goal of the Excellence Program is to provide a safe, academically enriched, and fun environment for students. The Excellence Program is an after-school enrichment, homework assistance, and tutorial program for students. Excellence will serve students in Kindergarten through eighth grade. This program is a non-discriminating choice program funded by Coffee County Board of Education and student fees.
A registration form must be filled out for each child and registration fees must be paid before your student will be able to stay for the Excellence Program. Daily tuition must be paid prior to your student attending.
General Program Information:
Coffee County Excellence Afterschool Program will be available to students enrolled in Coffee County Schools, in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade. Operating days and times will be Monday through Friday when school is in session, from 3:00- 5:30 pm, at Deerfield Elementary, East Coffee Elementary, Hickerson Elementary, Hillsboro Elementary, New Union Elementary, and North Coffee Elementary. CCMS students will be bussed to their zoned elementary school. The first day of Excellence is Monday, August 4, 2025. The program will not run when school is not in session or early release days.

Coffee County School’s Excellence will:
❖ Provide a safe learning environment for students
❖ Offer after school academic assistance to students in need
❖ Provide opportunities for expanded experiences in the areas of reading, math, music, art, recreation, health and wellness, safety, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art-Aerospace-Agriculture, Math) and other areas of interest
❖ Employ quality certified and non-certified staff to implement student activities
The after-school program operates from 3:00-5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Students must be picked up by 5:30 pm by an adult on the approved pick up list.
