The agent will show up if students click the C key on their keyboard. Once the agent is in the world, it cannot be moved unless coded to do so. Sometimes it shows up in the middle of a student's build causing frustration. The agent can be removed by doing the following:

1. Click the / key

2. Type: /remove @c

3. Click enter

If the Hotbar disappears, then students cannot choose inventory items or use them to build. This can be fixed by pressing the F1 key on the top row of the keyboard. On some laptops, students may need to press both the blue Fn key on the bottom of the keyboard and the F1 key on the top at the same time.
