The community and family connection is a vital part of your child's learning. This year I am hoping to plan opportunities for students to share their learning with family through the SeeSaw Website Platform. This page will be dedicated to sharing community and special events. Also, surveys will be given to students and parents to help give me important feedback.
Parents will be asked to give permission for your 4th or 5th grader to participate in digital learning opportunities.Technology has grown in leaps and bounds since I began teaching. Students are learning the importance of being a digital citizen and how to use technology responsibly. This will be a focus at the beginning of the year. I have another section on my website devoted to this. We can work together to teach your child how technology can be a great learning tool, and how these skills are needed for 21st century learning.
STEM is very engaging and an important addition to lifelong learning skills. Cale is providing equity in STEM education and I am excited to be a part of this experience.
