Parent Teacher Organization

The Patrick Henry Parent Teacher Organization provides an opportunity for the school and community to work together to improve the school experience for all involved. If you would like to learn more or get involved with the PTO, join us Wednesday, April 15th

12:00-1:00pm, in the administration conference room, for our monthly meeting or email patrickhenrypantherspto@gmail.com. Other PTO meeting dates for the year are: May 13th from 12:00-1:00

Middle school is just three short years. Consider volunteering for the PTO! There are roles to fit any level of availability and experience. Next year, we will have open positions for:

The PHMS PTO uses its donations, fundraising money, and volunteer time to directly benefit students and staff. Some of the events and services provided by the PTO include:

• Host an annual school-wide “Panther Party” free for all students

• Provide meals for teachers and staff during parent-teacher conferences twice a year

• Provide and organize donations to support the Panther Caring Closet at PHMS

• Support Student Recognition Awards and Events (such as student of the month, team celebrations, and the end of the year awards ceremony)

• Provide opportunities to promote and sell PHMS Spirit Wear

• Celebrate Staff Appreciation Week

• Promote the student-adult mentoring program

• Host an end of year 8th grade party

All are welcome to attend the monthly PTO meetings held in the PHMS conference room from 12:00-1:00 p.m. on the following Wednesdays throughout the 2025-26 school year:

DOMINO'S CARDS AVAILBLE!

The PTO has a small number of the Domino's Unlimited Buy-One, Get-One Free cards available for sale. They are $20, and they are valid through the end of 2026. If you would like to purchase one, email patrickhenrypantherspto@gmail.com before they are gone!!

Thank you to everyone who supported the fundraiser - so far, we have raised $1,300 from the card sales to support the PTO's work at PHMS! Way to go!

8TH GRADE PARTY VOLUNTEERS

The PTO hosts an annual party for the 8th graders on the last day of school, May 20th, at 2:30 p.m.
