Parents, the journey to the first day of high school is in its final months! That first day is Thursday, August 27th!

Here are some important dates and details to keep in mind:

• Activities Night - If your freshman is going to participate in an activity, you should attend this event on Thursday, March 26th @ 6:00. HERE is a copy of that information. 

• Connections or Fast Pass? – With a new building and experiences ahead, we highly recommend attending one of these opportunities. Details HERE.

• Class Registration – 8th graders will soon select their classes for next year. Have you reviewed their list? If not, reach out to your counselor. Find more info HERE.

• Cavalier Day – Friday, August 14th  Many tasks can be completed online; however, there are some important tasks to do in person. Stay tuned for details in our newsletter.

• Gold Rush (Open House) – Thursday, August 20th. You and your freshman will walk their schedule and meet briefly with teachers. Attendance is expected. Schedule TBD. 

• School Supplies – Each freshman should have a backpack, a 3-ring binder and/or folders, spiral or loose-leaf paper, and plenty of pens and pencils.

• First Day of School – Thursday, August 27th at 8:00 AM! - It is encouraged to shoot for a 7:50 AM arrival each day. 

• JHS Activities - As activity newsletter become available, they will send them to your email address and attached HERE.
