The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Find ways you and your family can reduce stress.
Expert Help with Coronavirus Challenges
For 10 weeks, starting in mid-March 2020, Dr. BJ Fogg, Linda Fogg-Phillips, and the Expert Coaches they have trained in Tiny Habits offered free live sessions for people around the world on using Tiny Habits for Coronavirus Challenges.
With over a hundred trainings on a variety of key topic areas, they offer many of the recordings in their Expert Library on this site. You are also able to view recordings from past sessions.
Each session ranges from 15-45 minutes in length.
The MindTrails Project is a web-based, public research site that offers free interpretation bias training programs to promote healthier thinking patterns for people with anxiety and other emotional difficulties. Research shows that people prone to anxiety tend to think about situations negatively. MindTrails programs give you practice thinking about situations in new ways.

Kids, this comic is for you. It's based on a radio story that NPR education reporter Cory Turner did. He asked some experts what kids might want to know about the new coronavirus discovered in China. To make this comic, we've used his interviews with Tara Powell at the University of Illinois School of Social Work, Joy Osofsky at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and Krystal Lewis at the National Institute of Mental Health.
