The Domestic Abuse Shelters are temporary shelters offering women and children up to 90 days of a safe haven when fleeing from domestic violence. The shelter offers basic needs (food, clothing etc.), counseling support and services for children. During this temporary stay, they learn dynamics of domestic violence and how to develop a safety plan.

The locations of our shelters are confidential.

WAIPAHU

Provides transitional services to individuals that are at risk or in transition. Programs and services include: Women In Need (WIN) with Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Bridge to Success Housing First, Pu`uhonua Survivor Shelter and Domestic Violency Advocacy Services. RE-entry Program assists women that are offenders, substance abuse users, homeless and/or victims of domestic violence. Provide outpatient treatment to adults. Outreach to homeless persons. Domestic Violence Advocacy Program and Transitional housing for women and women with children. Life Skills.

Priority given to the pregnant women, chronically homeless, domestic violence survivors, and/or substance abusers. However, we are here to assist in your transition.

Hoomalu O Na Kamalii Children's Shelter

Hoomalu O Na Kamalii provides temporary shelter to children on Oahu, Hawaii who are involved with the foster care system. Hoomalu is a unique shelter, allowing siblings to stay together in a home-like environment while awaiting placement. Children have access to therapists and caregivers on site.
