The Bullpup Leadership Team Jr. is a group of students who are committed to being student leaders here at Waialua Elementary School. BLT Jr's are responsible for attending regular weekly meetings, promoting a positive school environment, supporting the BLT's (5th and 6th graders) in various school-wide projects, and modeling the 7 Covey Habits at all times.
