Registrar's Office: 808-305-7633 Registrar: nhis.registrar@hawks.k12.hi.us
Current NHIS Students: Please visit the Registrar's Office during non-class time to request an official transcript. If you are a current student here at Nānākuli High and Intermediate School and you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent's signature to release any information. Transcript requests take 2-3 business days to complete. Same-day requests cannot be processed, so please make sure that the request is made at least 2-3 days before they are needed.
2025 GRADUATES: Please use your hawks email and send your request for official transcripts to nhis.registrar@hawks.k12.hi.us
*PLEASE NOTE: OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS are sent directly to the school or job you are requesting; if they are sent directly to your email or mailed to you, they are not considered official. For that reason, most official transcripts are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service. We can also directly upload or email to the school or employer if they accept transcripts sent that way. UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS may be provided to NHIS students upon request through the Registrar's Office or through the College & Career counselor or their respective counselor.
