My Background & Experience 🍎

Teaching is not just my career; it is my true calling. This year marks my 35th year in the classroom, with 34 of those wonderful years dedicated specifically to Kindergarten. Over more than three decades, I have had the privilege of watching hundreds of children take their very first steps into the world of education.

My Favorite Teaching Moment 💡

People often ask me why I have stayed in Kindergarten for so long. My answer is always the same: I absolutely love that special, magical moment in the school year when everything we have been practicing suddenly comes together. You can see it right on a child's face—it is like a lightbulb turning on, and everything suddenly makes perfect sense. Watching a child realize “I can do this!” is the greatest reward in the world.
