Dear Mililani Mauka Elementary Students and Families,
We hope that you are all staying safe and healthy during this pandemic. We truly miss seeing and working with all of our students in school.
During this time of our extended school closure, our counseling department wants to reach out to all of you and continue to help support our students’ social emotional development. We’ve included some lessons and activities here on our website, including ones on social emotional learning skills that we’ve been practicing this year as well as some simple games and activities you can do at home to practice various social skills. There are also some online resources that may be helpful to you. We will also be updating our resources with new information every week so please refer back to this page.

Physical movements geared for younger-aged children. Movements focus on "Brain Gym" exercises to connect the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This leads to increased coordination, cognitive thinking, and attention to tasks. All these movements can be done in the safety of your own home.
These physical movements are for students that want to challenge themselves! Movements are a combination of "Brain Gym" exercises and exercises to keep physically active. All these movements only require a 16 x 16 inch square, which you can make using tape, pens, chalk, or any markers that you may have.
