Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 conferences will be held as scheduled by teachers or care coordinators via telephone or online conference.
If your email address was made available to the school, your child’s Care Coordinator will email you the documents that will be discussed at the conference.
The Care Coordinator will call you on the date and time of the conference.
