Aloha and welcome to the Kaimuki- McKinley - Roosevelt Teacher Induction Center website. We proudly serve the  Kaimuki- McKinley - Roosevelt (KMR) community of beginning teachers in their first and second years of teaching and the school-level mentors who support them. Our mission is to empower educators and enhance student learning by accelerating teacher effectiveness, improving the retention of quality teachers, and strengthening teacher leadership.

 We are committed to equipping new teachers with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to excel in the classroom while fostering a supportive environment promoting professional growth and longevity. Through our programs, we provide high-quality professional development, mentorship opportunities, and resources tailored to the unique needs of our educators.
