Concussion Awareness

Each enrolled family will receive head, neck and injury information via email if enrolled online, or attached to the enrollment form, if paper. Every family will receive it, even if students are not joining a sport.

Students on sports teams will receive in-person training during the first few days of their season. Travel forms will also have the same information attached to them, to be removed and kept by families as well.

Concussions are no joke, and the state of Hawai'i has made the training required by state law for school-sponsored sports programs.
