Typing is a necessary skill to be an "effective user of technology" in the 21st Century. Most of your assignments and even some tests require you to know how to type. Typing with 2 fingers will slow you down! Even if you know how to type, you can always continue to improve your skills to be even more efficient.

Here are 3 lists of online tools you can use to improve your typing skills. From these 3 lists, I've highlighted 3 specific tools that I think are some of the best tools offered. I hope this helps! (Click to expand)

I am sharing a quick Youtube video that defines some terms you may have been seeing in the news: misinformation, disinformation and malinformation. This video is an excellent introduction to these terms. Information literacy includes being a critical analyzer of information. Knowing about the different types of information available in the world will help you with recognizing harmful information before you share it!

This week, a student shared with me that you can have a GIF as your Google Profile Picture! I was very excited to make one for my own profile picture! Here's a quick Loom tutorial on 2 different ways you can create a quick GIF.

I used imgflip.com and Google Photos Animation creator, but there are many different options out there!

If you create a GIF and would like to share it, please send it to my email: dfujii@kalaheohigh.k12.hi.us

I would LOVE to see what you create :)
