To withdraw (disenroll) your child from James Campbell High School, please submit a written request with the following information:
Student’s full name
Student’s date of birth
Student’s last date of attendance at Campbell
Where the student will be transferring (school, state, country, or alternative program)
You will need to complete a Request for Release Form that will be given or emailed to you. Please allow our office five business days after receiving your completed form to prepare your child’s release packet. Bring your photo ID to the Registrars’ Office to pick up your child’s release packet.
