Year-At-A-Glance Checklist 

REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY *

• GRADES:  EACH QUARTER - NO D's or F's and a minimum of a 2.0 GPA on report card 

• COMMUNITY SERVICE: EACH QUARTER - A MINIMUM of 3 hours community service

• BEHAVIOR: EACH QUARTER – NO  Class A, B or C offenses, suspensions, detentions,     warnings and staying out of the Principal/Vice Principal’s office.

FUNDRAISING: Must participate in COOKIE CORNER Fundraising by selling at least 1 item.

• 10 items minimum for a shirt. 

• 20 items minimum AND at least 1 parent volunteer at the Monster Mash or Cookie Corner

• Corner fundraising to qualify for the Renaissance Scholarship eligibility.

1ST QUARTER:

8/10-8/21             Membership Week. If your child didn’t sign up at Registration, it’s not too late! 

    Email us for a membership form.

9/23.                    4th Quarter Incentive Day (current qualifying 7th & 8th graders only)

10/1                     End of 1st Quarter – COMMUNITY SERVICE Hours are due. 

                    Students to check their school email to submit hours. 

2ND QUARTER:

10/7 Cookie Corner Fundraiser begins, please check your email for details 

10/24 ‘Iao School Monster Mash * Parent & Student Volunteers needed for games!

This counts towards community service hours. 

11/5-11/6 Cookie Corner Fundraiser order form & money DUE

11/18 1st Quarter Incentive Day * see qualifications

             TBA                  Cookie Corner Distribution 9am-11 am on campus

12/18 End of 2nd Quarter- COMMUNITY SERVICE Hours are due.  

      Students to check their school email to submit hours.

3RD QUARTER:

1/11                   Scholarship Application released. Must sell AT LEAST 20 Cookie Corner items, and at least 1 Parent Volunteer (Monster Mash or Cookie Packing/Pickup) and meet all Renaissance Quarterly qualifications. 

2/12             Scholarship Application DUE

2/17 2nd Quarter Incentive Day * see qualifications

3/12     End of 3rd Quarter – COMMUNITY SERVICE Hours are due.

4TH QUARTER:

5/8 3rd.          Quarter Incentive * see qualifications / Renaissance Banquet School Cafe

5/26             Renaissance Awards Night (school cafe)
