Guidance for Providers

The Hawaiʻi Department of Education (HIDOE) launched PDE3, its professional development system, in the 2002 school year to enhance the capacity of our workforce. Today, HIDOE continues to offer teachers access to high-quality professional development opportunities through Learnsoft's learning management system. Regardless of the specific software used over the years, we are committed to providing learning experiences for teachers that are sustained, intensive, collaborative, job-embedded, data-driven, and evidence-based.
