Transcripts, Records, and Document Requests
ʻAiea High School has partnered with Parchment to provide a secure platform for ordering and transmitting official transcripts, graduation verifications, and enrollment verifications. Please note that a service fee applies to these requests.

Alumni & Former Students (Applicable only if ʻAiea High School was the last institution attended)

Current ʻAiea High School Students
Current Seniors: Please visit your College and Career Counselor, Mr. Sakaue, in the Student Center for transcript assistance. Your first two transcript requests are complimentary; a fee of $1.00 will be applied to each subsequent request.
Grades 9, 10, and 11: Please visit the Registrar’s Office, located in Office 7 of the Administration Building, for assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the difference between an official and an unofficial transcript?
An unofficial transcript contains the same academic information as an official copy but features an "Unofficial" watermark and lacks a formal signature or seal. Consequently, most colleges and universities will not accept it for admission purposes.
An official transcript is the verified document required by accredited institutions for enrollment. It carries the official school seal, bears an official signature, and is transmitted directly from ʻAiea High School to the designated college, university, or organization.
Can I request a replacement copy of my diploma?
No. The diploma issued upon graduation is a unique, original document that cannot be duplicated or replicated.
To provide official proof of graduation, you may request either a high school transcript or a graduation verification letter, both of which will verify your graduation date and diploma number. If you never picked up your original diploma, you may retrieve it by visiting the ʻAiea High School Administration Office with a valid photo ID.
If I transferred from ʻAiea High School to another Hawaii public school, will ʻAiea High School still retain my transcript?
No. Your complete academic file was forwarded to the final Hawaii public school you attended. Therefore, you must request your transcript directly from the last public school in which you were enrolled.
Is it possible to request medical records or documents other than my high school transcript?
Student records are only retained for seven years post-graduation, after which they are securely destroyed. In recent years, all medical records have been returned directly to graduates alongside their diplomas. If you have not yet retrieved your diploma, please visit the ʻAiea High School Administration Office. Please note that ʻAiea High School can only provide high school transcripts if we were your final school of record.
