Procedures
Please Note:
A withdrawal form must be signed by parent/guardian to indicate the reason for the withdrawal as well as indicate their last school day. Parent/guardian will need to provide their picture ID (a copy will be made).
To complete the withdrawal in a timely manner, it is recommended to withdraw the student when school is in session and allow for two school days for the student to clear from his/her classes as well as attain withdrawal grades.
~ Teachers and/or offices may be unavailable during non-school hours.
Student Withdrawal / Record Transfer Form
Student must return all textbooks/materials issued by Aiea High School and notify teachers of their withdrawal.
~Teacher will indicate on the clearance form of any missing textbook or classroom obligations.
~ Administration office and library will indicate on the clearance form of any other outstanding obligations.
Students having any outstanding obligations will not be prohibited from withdrawing but no official documents will be available until obligations are cleared.

When all forms (parental withdrawal, student withdrawal record) are all completed with appropriate signatures and notices, parent or student will be provided a set of unofficial documents/packet to assist with the student's enrollment at their next school.
