At Lebanon Trail NJROTC, we care deeply about the well-being of our cadets. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and if you or someone you know is struggling, please know that help is available. It is okay to ask for help, you are never alone.

Listen: Sometimes, just being there to listen can make a huge difference. Let your friends know you care, and encourage them to seek professional help.

Reach Out: If you’re worried about someone, don’t hesitate to talk to a teacher, counselor, or another trusted adult.
