Always a classic, the Wizard of Oz cast is a great costume for groups of different numbers. Have one person? Go as Dorothy. Two? Dorothy and toto. Three? Dorothy, the Wicked Witch of the West, and Glinda. Four? Dorothy, The Tin Man, The Cowardly Lion, and The Scarecrow. The possibilities are great, you can mix and match almost anyone from this universe.

This costume is great because it can be dressed up or down and customized to those in your group. If you want the classic princess look with the ball gowns, that’s great. But, if you want something a little simpler all you have to do is get a dress in the princesses’ color (perhaps add a tiara) for a casual princess look.

While you may not want to transition to full turtle, with this costume matching green shirts and different color masks will more than suffice.

What with the great female Ghostbusters movie that just came out in recent years, it would be a shame not to utilize the opportunity to dress as these powerful women, empowering women.

For anyone who’s closet consist of mostly black, The Addams Family is an obvious choice. With Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, and Pugsley Addams, you can bring a little of the spooky into Halloween
