Start your holiday season with some fun Christmas films to get you in the holiday spirit. Although Black Friday seems to be the unannounced beginning to Christmas festivities, it is never to early to get into the jolly spirit, and these movies are a perfect way to do just that!
Personal Tip: Grab some fuzzy socks, a cup of hot cocoa, and some good company. Spend your holiday surrounded by love and laughter because you deserve it!

A bittersweet Christmas classic taking place on Christmas Eve, in 1946. It centers on George Bailey, a debt-ridden man, facing financial ruin, and arrest. After considering himself a failure for many years, he decides his only option is suicide. As George is about to jump off a bridge, he instead rescues his own bumbling guardian angel, Clarence Oddbody, who has yet to earn his wings. Clarence shows George how life in this small town would have been like if he wasn’t there to see it. This movie is old-school black and white, it has a wonderful message and reminds us of the heart-warming impact a great Christmas story can have.

Charlie Brown is appalled by the commercialization of Christmas he sees all around him, so he decides to find the true meaning of Christmas. A true Christmas cannot pass without watching this television special at least once. With it’s endearing characters and nostalgic story left behind by the deceased Charles M. Schulz it is the perfect way to spend an evening surrounded by those you love.

But, in the rush of leaving for a flight to France for the family's Christmas vacation, Kevin is left all alone to defend his house from a pair of burglars. With a bizarre cast of characters, Home Alone will put a smile on your face.

A treasured remake of the 1947 classic, this film is about an old man named Kris Kringle who was hired to be a Santa Claus at Macy’s for the season. He does a convincing job, but soon reveals that he actually believes himself to be the real Santa Claus. With authorities threatening to place him in an insane Asylum, a lawyer and a little girl must prove that this Santa is the real thing. This remake allows for homage to be made for the original and more people to cherish the revamped storyline.

A widely argued dilemma is whether or not Die Hard is actually to be considered a Christmas movie. Nonetheless this holiday action classic takes place during a Christmas party in the Nakatomi Plaza in Los Angeles. John McClane, an officer of the NYPD Has to try and save his wife and her coworkers who have been taken hostage by a German terrorist named Hans Gruber . This is a little different from a heartwarming family movie, it is edge-of-your-seat action with a great sense of realism.

Soon enough her love of dance and her repressed feelings resurface. This movie stars two very nostalgic names to many teenagers today, Alexa Penavega from childhood classic “Spy Kids” and also Carlos Peña from the band “Big Time Rush.” This couple, who is actually married in real life, star together in a romantic Christmas drama.
