Commercial Claims are complex and often require highly scrutinized documentation to prove the loss and accomplish a Just settlement. The scale of scope for damages and repair processes can be vast. 

Scope

The scope on a high-rise multi-use condominium complex loss can be markedly different than a hospital complex loss or marina. A water loss, freeze loss, or equipment failure can dramatically differ between claims. These losses often require a team to fully document the scope. It takes manpower and man hours to sort through 128 different units each affected differently than the next. We work as a cohesive unit to document the scope and provide a detailed report cataloging the loss. Reports that sometimes have tens of thousands of pictures of the loss each labeled and sorted to provide a product that can be used to prove scope. This can include business product lost during an event, equipment and machinery damaged, and infrastructure. We may use the assistance of experts to determine accurate scope, such core sampling on a multi-layer flat roofing system. We work together to gather and hone this evidence used with our software to provide six, seven, or even eight figure settlements.

Repair 

Repair processes vary greatly depending on the commerical loss. The repairs more often than not require the business to close some services and facilities to the public while repairs are made. This can and should be accounted for in the estimate, proving a loss of revenue, loss of use for tenants, temporary structures providing security for materials and work product during the repairs. Relying on who the Insurance Carrier sends you, the policyholder, to give you a fair and proper assessment can be detrimental to your business. When dealing with Claims of this caliber and magnitude you need a Public Adjusting firm to represent you and your interests.
