It's time for SUMMER READING! Check out our NEW summer reading titles for this year!
Find the grade are you entering in the fall- that is your required summer reading book.
Students are required to read the book listed below and complete a summer reading log for that book plus read and complete two other books and logs. The goal is for Obama students to complete a total of twenty summer reading logs. You can do it! The link to the JPS Summer Reading webpage is at the bottom of this page.
Parents- we want to know what you're reading as well! Turn in your summer reading list with your child's logs in August.

*Reading logs can be completed on regular paper, just be sure to copy the format of the reading log. Student name, book title, and book author must be on every page. For students going into 4th grade or higher, be sure to answer any 2 questions from the guide.
Students who read 20 or more books and completed logs for each went on a field trip to SkyZone in the fall. Check out some of the fun we had!
